STRESZCZENIE: Pomiędzy otrzymaniem przez zamawiającego ofert a ostatecznym dokonaniem wyboru najkorzystniejszej z nich zamawiający jest zobowiązany dokładanie i szczegółowo zweryfikować otrzymane oferty. Polega to przede wszystkim na zweryfikowaniu wykonawców pod kątem spełnienia przez nich warunków udziału w postępowaniu oraz braku zachodzenia w stosunku do nich podstaw wykluczenia, a także na zbadaniu oraz ocenie ofert. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest opisanie podstawowych założeń dotyczących weryfikacji wykonawców oraz badania i oceny ich ofert.

SUMMARY: Between the reception of tenders and the final selection of the best tender, a contracting party is required to carefully and thoroughly verify all submitted tenders. This process mainly consists in verifying contractors in terms of their compliance with the conditions of participating in the tender and the absence of any grounds for exclusion, as well as examining and evaluating tenders. The purpose of this article is to describe basic assumptions regarding the verification of contractors and the examination and evaluation of tenders.
